Due to continued growth within its Property Department, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established team in Mudeford.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, providing clear, practical advice and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold matters.
• Handling remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued success of the department.

 About You

We are keen to hear from a Residential Property professionals who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering an excellent service to clients.

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• A team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to an established department.
