How our Referral Scheme Works

If you know of anyone in your network seeking a new legal business support opportunity, simply refer their details to Nelson Bridges. In order to qualify, the candidate must not already be registered with Nelson Bridges. If the referred candidate is successful and accepts the opportunity, you will receive up to £250 as a referral fee.

To refer a candidate, you have two options;

  1. Simply ask the candidate to call one of our experienced consultants quoting your name.
  2. Alternatively, call Nelson Bridges directly, providing both your name and contact details and the candidate’s name and contact details (ensuring you have permission before doing so).

We will then be in touch with the referred candidate within 48 hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1: Up to £250 cash, paid via cheque, per successful single referral, to the referrer. 2: Referral fees are paid for permanent placements only. 3: The referrer will receive their referral fee when the candidate has successfully completed their probation period (length of probation period to be confirmed once employment commences). 4: Cash incentive is dependent on candidate salary. 5: To qualify, referred candidates must be placed within 6 months of initial referral. 6: The candidate must not already be registered with Nelson Bridges. 7: The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
