This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior private client solicitor who is passionate about nurturing talent, delivering exceptional client service, and shaping the future of a growing department to join a well-established firm.

The current team includes an associate solicitor, solicitor, trainee solicitor, paralegal, two personal assistants, a customer relationship manager and an administration assistant. You will also be part of the wider management team of partners and department heads who have built an outstanding reputation for providing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Private Client team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development.
• Provide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax matters.
• Provide regular supervision, guidance, and training to ensure technical excellence and career progression across the team.
• Develop and implement departmental strategy aligned with the firm’s overall goals.
• Drive business development initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm-wide policies.
