We are currently partnered with a forward-thinking Fylde Coast firm seeking a Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead their department with genuine autonomy and strategic responsibility.

The Role

This is not a typical fee-earning role. You will take full ownership of the residential conveyancing department, overseeing service standards, workflows, team performance, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing fee earners and support staff
• Embedding consistent service standards for clients and estate agents
• Refining systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Driving quality-led, profitable growth while maintaining stability
• Planning for controlled expansion, including a future Blackpool presence

You will maintain some fee-earning responsibilities while shaping the long-term vision for the department. Growth is defined by profit, resilience, and reputation, not just volume.
