Job Role: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Guisborough

Nelson Bridges are retained exclusively with a dynamic, award-winning law firm that has a clear vision for further growth over the coming years. Having just acquired another local firm they are now looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to play an instrumental part in their expansion.

Main Duties:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Dealing with post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty land tax submissions
