Job Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Skegness

Firm: A progressive and modern firm, that has a very loyal client following, which is ever-increasing.

 Role Details:

• Drafting of Contracts, Land Registry and HMRC documents.
• Experience of the following is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
• New Build/Development Plot Purchases
• Re-Mortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• Assents
• Leasehold Properties
• Shared Ownership Properties
• Experience of working on a case-manager system
