Nelson Bridges are retained exclusively by a personable and reputable law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a permanent and full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in the firm's conveyancing department. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish,
• Conducting thorough legal checks, searches, and due diligence to ensure a smooth and legally compliant transaction process.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, including legal requirements, potential risks, and recommended courses of action.
• Providing exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication, and keeping clients informed about the progress of their transactions.
